Lots of excitement and wonderful learning happening as we watched our caterpillars attach to the top of the pot, then turn into amazing chrysalides. We carefully moved them into their butterfly net and left them. After about 7 days we arrived in school to find butterflies! We had to feed them sugary syrup before we released them outside. What a wonderful few weeks of educational experiences learning about life cycles!
